Online Hospice & Palliative Care Certificate Program We are pleased to announce an online certificate program focusing on the pharmacist's role in hospice and palliative care settings. This certificate program is designed to introduce foundational principles upon which pharmacists will then build. Upon successful completion of the program, pharmacists will earn a certificate that can be presented as proof of training. Additional options, including a beginner and advanced course are also available. To learn more about each option, follow the links below.
